“Mum can I ask you a question please?” asked a little boy named Tom,
“yes sure”answered his mum.
“Why is a lemon yellow?”
“Good question, I suppose it could be orange!”
“Yeah, but it is yellow why yellow?”asked Tom again.
“I honestly don’t know it is the same with every fruit why is orange orange?!”
“Because that is its name,” giggled Tom.
“Tom don’t be cheeky now off to school” his mum said quickly.
Tom hurried off to school on his bike and he asked everyone but no-one knew not even the teacher. Tom was interested.
